Three-dimensional vibrating screen
Other Products
The three-dimensional vibrating screen (also known as a rotary vibrating screen) is a vibrating screening device that uses a vertical motor as the vibration source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor's rotational motion into three-dimensional movement—horizontal, vertical, and tilting. This motion is transmitted to the screen surface, causing the material to move in an outward expanding involute trajectory. By adjusting the phase angle at the upper and lower ends, the material's movement path on the screen surface can be altered. This equipment features a long material trajectory and high screen surface utilization, making it suitable for screening and filtering granular, powdered, and liquid materials in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and metallurgy.
